the room was excellent. it was very clean and spacious. breakfast was plentiful and included a good choice. the staff was amazing and very helpful (i appreciated their quick responses).
i noticed watery scrambled eggs and no other egg options. i also saw burnt sausages. the location felt awful as it was in the middle of a council estate with loads of abandoned buildings.

i loved the spacious room i had. it was the beautiful studio suite quayside view. breakfast was a treat each morning, the choices were amazing. the staff, they was just so friendly and helpful.
they were watery, a true disappointment. there was no complimentary water in the room, a small but missed touch. housekeeping during weekends was unavailable unless requested before 10 am, a detail that was not explained at check-in.

The check-in process was smooth. I received a complimentary drink (a nice touch). The room had a cafetiere in the kitchen, which I found useful. Breakfast included everything one could desire, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
I noticed the absence of daily housekeeping unless requested before 10:00 am. This detail was not communicated upon arrival, and I would have appreciated knowing it sooner.
